The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has collaborated with major Singapore tourism industry partners to launch the In Singapore Incentives & Rewards (INSPIRE) programme for the Indian MICE outbound segment, especially the incentive travel groups. The association includes partners like Changi Airport Group, Gardens by the Bay, Resorts World Sentosa, Sentosa Leisure Group, Singapore Airlines, Singapore Turf Club, and Wildlife Reserves Singapore.

With a significant rise in India’s MICE outbound market, the country ranks as Singapore’s fifth largest source market. Due to the evolving tastes of Indian business travellers, INSPIRE provides tailored, value-added experiences to boost their destination experiences. Expanding on the rewards programme, Chang Chee Pey, executive director, South Asia, Middle East and Africa, STB, said, “Cookie-cutter business trips have become a thing of the past as discerning Indian business travellers increasingly seek differentiated experiences as part of their incentive travel programme to reward top performers and drive their business objectives. INSPIRE was thus created to appeal to this growing segment by developing a selection of personalised programmes and exclusive offerings.

“We are confident that the INSPIRE programme will entice Indian incentive groups to head to Singapore for an enriching, memorable time through our concentration of world class experiences.”

INSPIRE’s tailored itineraries involve dining, entertainment, attractions, and activities that Indian travellers value the most while visiting Singapore.

For incentive groups travelling till 31st December 2014 and staying a minimum 1,000 visitor nights are eligible to apply for the programme. Applications are open till 31st July 2014.
